Sharp includes a straightforward 14-day refund window. Payments and refunds are processed through our payment partner.
You may request a full refund of your Sharp subscription within 14 days of purchase. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Cancel anytime from Subscription Management or by contacting support. If you cancel within 14 days, unused time in that window is refunded. After 14 days, access continues until the end of the current billing period, with no refund for that period.
Email support@getbetlens.com with your account email. We aim to process refund requests within 5–7 business days.
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Tax amounts included in a qualifying refund follow our payment partner's standard process.
